WE OFFER FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON DOMESTIC ORDERS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE.

 

PLEASE CHECK all goods immediately upon delivery to ensure there is no defects, damage or incorrect items shipped. We are proud of the Incrediwear Brand, and we want you to be happy with your Incrediwear purchase.

WE DO NOT accept returns for any third-party vendors that sell our products. All sales with third-party sellers must be settled where the purchase was made, this includes third parties selling online (such as Amazon) & any retail locations.

ATTENTION: All Socks are final-sale with the exception of damaged or wrong items shipped. Please ensure your sock sizing is correct upon ordering. If the product(socks) are damaged, defective or the wrong item, please send us a photo to our email, so we can process right away. You can email us at eu@incrediwear.com with the required information.

Returns on products purchased through our website cannot be returned to any Incrediwear retail locations.

*The original shipping cost will NOT be refunded if you return your order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited. Other exceptions apply for International and APO/FPO addresses.
